By accessing or using LogiHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LogiHub platform, including all features, services, and content provided. By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
LogiHub is a logistics management platform that provides tools for order management, shipment tracking, courier allocation, partner network management, and financial reporting. The Platform acts as an intermediary layer between your e-commerce store and courier partners to streamline logistics operations.
To access the Platform, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify LogiHub of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of LogiHub. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform.
You retain ownership of all data you submit through the Platform, including order data, customer information, and business metrics. LogiHub processes this data solely to provide the services described herein and does not claim ownership of your data.
LogiHub strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogiHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
LogiHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
LogiHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
This Privacy Notice for Hevar Technology ("we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our services ("Services").
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
We do not process sensitive information.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date.
